This indispensable two-volume set is a nostalgic blast from the past, reviving for the DVD generation the Emmy Award-winning Schoolhouse Rock that aired Saturday mornings on ABC from 1973 to 1985. Its irresistible three-minute ditties introduced the basic concepts of grammar, science, math, and history. Songs such as "Three Is a Magic Number," "Conjunction Junction, What's Your Function," and "I Am a Bill" (which was affectionately spoofed on The Simpsons) are era-defining classics poised for discovery by a new generation. This collection contains all 46 Schoolhouse Rock songs, including the long-lost, legally entangled "The Weather Song," and a new song no doubt inspired by the 2000 Presidential election, "I'm Gonna Send Your Vote to College."
